           Onedesperate,frightenedyellfromthefirstFrenchsoldierwhosawtheCossacks,andallwhowereinthecamp,undressedandonlyjustwakingup,ranoffinalldirections,abandoningcannons,muskets,andhorses.

           HadtheCossackspursuedtheFrench,withoutheedingwhatwasbehindandaroundthem,theywouldhavecapturedMuratandeverythingthere.Thatwaswhattheofficersdesired.
