           ThegunsemergedatatrotfromthecolumnfollowingMuratandadvanceduptheArbát.WhentheyreachedtheendoftheVozdvízhenkaStreettheyhaltedanddrewintheSquare.SeveralFrenchofficerssuperintendedtheplacingofthegunsandlookedattheKrémlinthroughfieldglasses.
