           AlexeyAlexandrovitchhadforgottentheCountessLidiaIvanovna,butshehadnotforgottenhim.Atthebitterestmomentofhislonelydespairshecametohim,andwithoutwaitingtobeannounced,walkedstraightintohisstudy.Shefoundhimashewassittingwithhisheadinbothhands.
