           “Ihave!”saidAnnasuddenly,and,unexpectedlyafterhertears,asly,ironicalsmilecurvedherlips.

           “Come,he’samusing,anyway,yourskeleton,andnotdepressing,”saidDolly,smiling.

           “No,he’sdepressing.DoyouknowwhyI’mgoingtodayinsteadoftomorrow?It’saconfessionthatweighsonme;Iwanttomakeittoyou,”saidAnna,lettingherselfdropdefinitelyintoanarmchair,andlookingstraightintoDolly’sface.

           AndtohersurpriseDollysawthatAnnawasblushinguptoherears,uptothecurlyblackringletsonherneck.
