           WhenIcamedownagain,IfoundJoeandOrlicksweepingup,withoutanyothertracesofdiscomposurethanaslitinoneofOrlick’snostrils,whichwasneitherexpressivenorornamental.ApotofbeerhadappearedfromtheJollyBargemen,andtheyweresharingitbyturnsinapeaceablemanner.
