           Hisfirstmove,hedecided,wouldbetogoatoncetoStener’shouseanddemandtheloanofanadditionalthreeorfourhundredthousanddollars.Stenerhadalwaysbeenverytractable,andinthisinstancewouldseehowimportantitwasthathisshortageofhalfamillionshouldnotbemadepublic.Thenhemustgetasmuchmoreaspossible.
