           Whenwereturnedtotheshoreandrelatedtoourfriendwhathadpassed,hewasgreatlydistressed,andgroanedinspirit;butwehadnotsatlonginconversationwhenwewereinterruptedbythearrivalofTararoonthebeach,accompaniedbyanumberoffollowersbearingbasketsofvegetablesandfruitsontheirheads.

           Weadvancedtomeethim,andheexpressed,throughourinterpreter,muchpleasureinseeingus.
