           ‘But,mylove,’saidMr.Pott,withgreathumility,‘Mr.Pickwickdoestakeaninterestinit.’

           ‘It’swellforhimifhecan,’saidMrs.Pottemphatically;‘Iamweariedoutofmylifewithyourpolitics,andquarrelswiththeINDEPENDENT,andnonsense.Iamquiteastonished,P.,atyourmakingsuchanexhibitionofyourabsurdity.’
