The Indictment.

           "Accused,"saidthepresident,"yournameandsurname?"Andreaarose."Excuseme,Mr.President,"hesaid,inaclearvoice,"butIseeyouaregoingtoadoptacourseofquestionsthroughwhichIcannotfollowyou.Ihaveanidea,whichIwillexplainbyandby,ofmakinganexceptiontotheusualformofaccusation.
