Onthe16thofFebruaryItookleaveofhismajestyandthecourt.ThekingmademeapresenttothevalueofabouttwohundredpoundsEnglish,andmyprotector,hiskinsman,asmuchmore,togetherwithaletterofrecommendationtoafriendofhisinLagado,themetropolis.
