           COMMENCEMENTANDTERM

           10TheDominantandSubmissiveenterintothiscontractontheCommencementDatefullyawareofitsnatureandundertaketoabidebyitsconditionswithoutexception.

           11ThiscontractshallbeeffectiveforaperiodofthreecalendarmonthsfromtheCommencementDate(“theTerm”).OntheexpiryoftheTermthepartiesshalldiscusswhetherthiscontractandthearrangementstheyhavemadeunderthiscontractaresatisfactoryandwhethertheneedsofeachpartyhavebeenmet.Eitherpartymayproposetheextensionofthiscontractsubjecttoadjustmentstoitstermsortothearrangementstheyhavemadeunderit.Intheabsenceofagreementtosuchextensionthiscontractshallterminateandbothpartiesshallbefreetoresumetheirlivesseparately.

           AVAILABILITY

           12TheSubmissivewillmakeherselfavailabletotheDominantfromFridayeveningsthroughtoSundayafternoonseachweekduringtheTermattimestobespecifiedbytheDominant(“theAllottedTimes”).Furtherallocatedtimecanbemutuallyagreedonanadhocbasis.

           13TheDominantreservestherighttodismisstheSubmissivefromhisserviceatanytimeandforanyreason.TheSubmissivemayrequestherreleaseatanytime,suchrequesttobegrantedatthediscretionoftheDominantsubjectonlytotheSubmissive’srightsunderclauses2–5and8above.

           LOCATION

           14TheSubmissivewillmakeherselfavailableduringtheAllottedTimesandagreedadditionaltimesatlocationstobedeterminedbytheDominant.TheDominantwillensurethatalltravelcostsincurredbytheSubmissiveforthatpurposearemetbytheDominant.
