           SERVICEPROVISIONS

           15ThefollowingserviceprovisionshavebeendiscussedandagreedandwillbeadheredtobybothpartiesduringtheTerm.Bothpartiesacceptthatcertainmattersmayarisethatarenotcoveredbythetermsofthiscontractortheserviceprovisions,orthatcertainmattersmayberenegotiated.Insuchcircumstances,furtherclausesmaybeproposedbywayofamendment.Anyfurtherclausesoramendmentsmustbeagreed,documented,andsignedbybothpartiesandshallbesubjecttothefundamentaltermssetoutunderclauses2–5above.

           DOMINANT

           15.1TheDominantshallmaketheSubmissive’shealthandsafetyapriorityatalltimes.TheDominantshallnotatanytimerequire,request,allow,ordemandtheSubmissivetoparticipateatthehandsoftheDominantintheactivitiesdetailedinAppendix2orinanyactthateitherpartydeemstobeunsafe.TheDominantwillnotundertakeorpermittobeundertakenanyactionwhichcouldcauseseriousinjuryoranyrisktotheSubmissive’slife.Theremainingsubclausesofthisclause15aretobereadsubjecttothisprovisoandtothefundamentalmattersagreedinclauses2–5above.

           15.2TheDominantacceptstheSubmissiveashis,toown,control,dominate,anddisciplineduringtheTerm.TheDominantmayusetheSubmissive’sbodyatanytimeduringtheAllottedTimesoranyagreedadditionaltimesinanymannerhedeemsfit,sexuallyorotherwise.

           15.3TheDominantshallprovidetheSubmissivewithallnecessarytrainingandguidanceinhowtoproperlyservetheDominant.
