           5Adherencetotheabovewarranties,agreements,andundertakings(andanyadditionallimitsandsafetyproceduresagreedunderclause3above)arefundamentaltothiscontract.Anybreachshallrenderitvoidwithimmediateeffectandeachpartyagreestobefullyresponsibletotheotherfortheconsequenceofanybreach.

           6Everythinginthiscontractmustbereadandinterpretedinthelightofthefundamentalpurposeandthefundamentaltermssetoutinclauses2–5above.

           ROLES

           7TheDominantshalltakeresponsibilityforthewell-beingandthepropertraining,guidance,anddisciplineoftheSubmissive.Heshalldecidethenatureofsuchtraining,guidance,anddisciplineandthetimeandplaceofitsadministration,subjecttotheagreedterms,limitations,andsafetyproceduressetoutinthiscontractoragreedadditionallyunderclause3above.

           8IfatanytimetheDominantshouldfailtokeeptotheagreedterms,limitations,andsafetyproceduressetoutinthiscontractoragreedadditionallyunderclause3above,theSubmissiveisentitledtoterminatethiscontractforthwithandtoleavetheserviceoftheDominantwithoutnotice.

           9Subjecttothatprovisoandtoclauses2–5above,theSubmissiveistoserveandobeytheDominantinallthings.Subjecttotheagreedterms,limitations,andsafetyproceduressetoutinthiscontractoragreedadditionallyunderclause3above,sheshallwithoutqueryorhesitationoffertheDominantsuchpleasureashemayrequireandsheshallacceptwithoutqueryorhesitationhistraining,guidance,anddisciplineinwhateverformitmaytake.
