           1ThefollowingarethetermsofabindingcontractbetweentheDominantandtheSubmissive.

           FUNDAMENTALTERMS

           2ThefundamentalpurposeofthiscontractistoallowtheSubmissivetoexplorehersensualityandherlimitssafely,withduerespectandregardforherneeds,herlimits,andherwell-being.

           3TheDominantandtheSubmissiveagreeandacknowledgethatallthatoccursunderthetermsofthiscontractwillbeconsensual,confidential,andsubjecttotheagreedlimitsandsafetyproceduressetoutinthiscontract.Additionallimitsandsafetyproceduresmaybeagreedinwriting.

           4TheDominantandtheSubmissiveeachwarrantthattheysufferfromnosexual,serious,infectious,orlife-threateningillnesses,includingbutnotlimitedtoHIV,herpes,andhepatitis.IfduringtheTerm(asdefinedbelow)oranyextendedtermofthiscontracteitherpartyshouldbediagnosedwithorbecomeawareofanysuchillness,heorsheundertakestoinformtheotherimmediatelyandinanyeventpriortoanyformofphysicalcontactbetweentheparties.
