           WildBillWhartontookhisfirsttripdowntotherestraintroomtheverynextday.HespentthemorningandafternoonbeingasquietandgoodasMary’slittlelamb,astatewesoondiscoveredwasnotnaturaltohim,andmeanttrouble.Then,aroundseven-thirtythatevening,Harryfeltsomethingwarmsplashonthecuffsofuniformpantshehadputoncleanjustthatday.Itwaspiss.WilliamWhartonwasstandingathiscell,showinghisdarkeningteethinawidegrin,andpissingalloverHarryTerwilliger’spantsandshoes.

           "Thedirtysonofabitchmusthavebeensavingitupallday,"Harrysaidlater,stilldisgustedandoutraged.
