           Andsotheguitaristworkedasifpossessedbyamusicaldemon.Hespentmonthsrecruitingthebestmusicianshecouldfind—farbettermusiciansthanhispreviousbandmates.Hewrotedozensofsongsandpracticedreligiously.Hisseethingangerfueledhisambition;revengebecamehismuse.Withinacoupleyears,hisnewbandhadsignedarecorddealoftheirown,andayearafterthat,theirfirstrecordwouldgogold.

           Theguitarist’snamewasDaveMustaine,andthenewbandheformedwasthelegendaryheavy-metalbandMegadeth.Megadethwouldgoontosellover25millionalbumsandtourtheworldmanytimesover.Today,Mustaineisconsideredoneofthemostbrilliantandinfluentialmusiciansinthehistoryofheavy-metalmusic.

           Unfortunately,thebandhewaskickedoutofwasMetallica,whichhassoldover180millionalbumsworldwide.
