Thedimforeheadwascrownedwithastar;thelineamentsbelowwereseenasthroughthesuffusionofvapour;theeyesshonedarkandwild;thehairstreamedshadowy,likeabeamlesscloudtornbystormorbyelectrictravail. Onthenecklayapalereflectionlikemoonlight; thesamefaintlustretouchedthetrainofthincloudsfromwhichroseandbowedthisvisionoftheEveningStar.
Thethirdshowedthepinnacleofanicebergpiercingapolarwintersky: amusterofnorthernlightsrearedtheirdimlances,closeserried,alongthehorizon.
