           RULES

           Obedience:

           TheSubmissivewillobeyanyinstructionsgivenbytheDominantimmediatelywithouthesitationorreservationandinanexpeditiousmanner.TheSubmissivewillagreetoanysexualactivitydeemedfitandpleasurablebytheDominantexceptingthoseactivitiesthatareoutlinedinhardlimits(Appendix2).Shewilldosoeagerlyandwithouthesitation.

           Sleep:

           TheSubmissivewillensuresheachievesaminimumofsevenhours’sleepanightwhensheisnotwiththeDominant.

           Food:

           TheSubmissivewilleatregularlytomaintainherhealthandwell-beingfromaprescribedlistoffoods(Appendix4).TheSubmissivewillnotsnackbetweenmeals,withtheexceptionoffruit.

           Clothes:

           DuringtheTerm,theSubmissivewillwearclothingonlyapprovedbytheDominant.TheDominantwillprovideaclothingbudgetfortheSubmissive,whichtheSubmissiveshallutilize.TheDominantshallaccompanytheSubmissivetopurchaseclothingonanadhocbasis.IftheDominantsorequires,theSubmissiveshallwearduringtheTermanyadornmentstheDominantshallrequire,inthepresenceoftheDominantandatanyothertimetheDominantdeemsfit.

           Exercise:

           TheDominantshallprovidetheSubmissivewithapersonaltrainerfourtimesaweekinhour-longsessionsattimestobemutuallyagreedbetweenthepersonaltrainerandtheSubmissive.ThepersonaltrainerwillreporttotheDominantontheSubmissive’sprogress.

           PersonalHygiene/Beauty:

           TheSubmissivewillkeepherselfcleanandshavedand/orwaxedatalltimes.
