           Uncertaintyistherootofallprogressandallgrowth.Astheoldadagegoes,themanwhobelievesheknowseverythinglearnsnothing.Wecannotlearnanythingwithoutfirstnotknowingsomething.Themoreweadmitwedonotknow,themoreopportunitieswegaintolearn.

           Ourvaluesareimperfectandincomplete,andtoassumethattheyareperfectandcompleteistoputusinadangerouslydogmaticmindsetthatbreedsentitlementandavoidsresponsibility.Theonlywaytosolveourproblemsistofirstadmitthatouractionsandbeliefsuptothispointhavebeenwrongandarenotworking.
