Jasperwalkedsilentlybesideme,hishandonthesmallofmyback,asifhewereguidingme.Ipretendedalackofinterestinthefirstfewairportcafes,myheadscanningforwhatIreallywanted.Andthereitwas,aroundthecorner,outofAlice’ssharpsight:thelevel-threeladies’room.

AssoonasthedooropenedIwasoffagain,tothesoundofannoyedmurmursbehindme.IslowedmyselfasIpassedthesecurityguardsbytheluggagecarousels,onlytobreakintoarunagainastheexitdoorscameintoview.
