L.AlanGoldsberryandSteveThompson,hisAthensattorneys,filedmotionsinFairfieldCountycourttohavehispleasofguiltydismissed.Theyarguedthatin1975,unknowntothecourt,hehadbeenamultiplepersonality,andbecausehehadbeeninsaneandunabletoassistinhisowndefenseatthattime,therehadbeen"manifestjustice."
