           Sophieknewhewasjustplayingforsympathy.Shesnorted.

           “Here,”saidSophie,snippingthelastthreads.Shepushedthesleepingdog-manasideandlaidthechild-sizedsuitcarefullyonthefloor.Michael,quiteascarefully,tippedthebowlandsprinkledpowderoneveryinchofit.
