           Thisisn’ttosaythatallsufferingisequal.Somesufferingiscertainlymorepainfulthanothersuffering.Butweallmustsuffernonetheless.

           Yearslater,theprincewouldbuildhisownphilosophyandshareitwiththeworld,andthiswouldbeitsfirstandcentraltenet:thatpainandlossareinevitableandweshouldletgooftryingtoresistthem.TheprincewouldlaterbecomeknownastheBuddha.Andincaseyouhaven’theardofhim,hewaskindofabigdeal.
