"Whatshallwedowithhim?"askedtheWizard,perplexed.
"OncebeforethewickedoldNomecameheretoconquerus,andthen,asnow,hedrankoftheWaterofOblivionandbecameharmless.ButwesenthimbacktotheNomeKingdom,wherehesoonlearnedtheoldevilwaysagain.
"Forthatreason,"saidOzma,"wemustfindaplaceforhimintheLandofOz,andkeephimhere.Forherehecanlearnnoevilandwillalwaysbeasinnocentofguileasourownpeople."
