           Dingowentbackwardsandforwards,and,asDickSandremarked,alwayslikeanuneasydogseekingascent.Thedog’swayshadvisiblychangedsincethe"Pilgrim’s"shipwreckhadcastitonthissea-coast.Itseemedagitated,andalmostincessantlyitkeptupadullgrumbling,ratherlamentablethanfurious.
