           Therhythmofthe"BlueDanube"waltzrippledandrangandsanginhishead,thelightsofathousandchandeliersglintedandprismed,andforaheartbeatShadowwasachildagain,andallittooktomakehimhappywastoridetheCarousel:hestayedperfectlystill,ridinghiseagle-tigeratthecenterofeverything,andtheworldrevolvedaroundhim.
