           ProfessorLupinwasn’ttherewhentheyarrivedathisfirstDefenseAgainsttheDarkArtslesson.Theyallsatdown,tookouttheirbooks,quills,andparchment,andweretalkingwhenhefinallyenteredtheroom.Lupinsmiledvaguelyandplacedhistattyoldbriefcaseontheteacher’sdesk.Hewasasshabbyaseverbutlookedhealthierthanhehadonthetrain,asthoughhehadhadafewsquaremeals.
