WhentheywereallquitepresentabletheyfollowedthesoldiergirlintoabigroomwheretheWitchGlindasatuponathroneofrubies.
Shewasbothbeautifulandyoungtotheireyes. Herhairwasarichredincolorandfellinflowingringletsoverhershoulders.Herdresswaspurewhitebuthereyeswereblue,andtheylookedkindlyuponthelittlegirl.
