Andsuddenlyfirstoneandthenanotherbegantosingastheyplayed,deep-throatedsingingofthedwarves inthedeepplacesoftheirancienthomes; andthisislikeafragmentoftheirsong, ifitcanbeliketheirsongwithouttheirmusic.
