           Hesupposedthiswassomestupidnewfashion. Hedrummedhisfingersonthesteeringwheel andhiseyesfellonahuddleoftheseweirdosstandingquitecloseby. Theywerewhisperingexcitedlytogether. Mr.Dursleywasenragedtosee thatacoupleofthemweren’tyoungatall; why,thatmanhadtobeolderthanhewas, andwearinganemerald-greencloak!Thenerveofhim! ButthenitstruckMr.Dursley thatthiswasprobablysomesillystunt thesepeoplewereobviouslycollectingforsomething... yes,thatwouldbeit. Thetrafficmovedon andafewminuteslater,Mr.DursleyarrivedintheGrunningsparkinglot,hismindbackondrills.

           He’dforgottenallaboutthepeopleincloaks untilhepassedagroupofthemnexttothebaker’s. Heeyedthemangrilyashepassed. Hedidn’tknowwhy,buttheymadehimuneasy. Thisbunchwerewhisperingexcitedly,too, andhecouldn’tseeasinglecollectingtin. Itwasonhiswaybackpastthem,clutchingalargedoughnutinabag, thathecaughtafewwordsofwhattheyweresaying.
