           “Weshallgettoportallright,myfriends,besureofthat.And,ifyouonlyreckonthingsup,youwillseethatwehavehadmoregoodluckthanbad.Oh,yes,Iknow,therewasthelossofourschooner!PoorHalbrane,carriedupintotheairlikeaballoon,thenflungintothedeeplikeanavalanche!But,ontheotherhand,therewastheicebergwhichbroughtustothecoast,andtheTsalalboatwhichbroughtusandCaptainWilliamGuyandhisthreecompanionstogether.Anddon’tforgetthecurrentandthebreezethathavepushedusonuptonow,andwillkeeppushinguson,I’msureofthat.Withsomanytrumpsinourhandwecannotpossiblylosethegame.
