           "Areyouallright,Roodear?"calledKangaanxiously.

           "Yes!"saidRoo."Lookatmesw—"anddownhewentoverthenextwaterfallintoanotherpool.

           Everybodywasdoingsomethingtohelp.Piglet,wideawakesuddenly,wasjumpingupanddownandmaking"Oo,Isay"noises;OwlwasexplainingthatinacaseofSuddenandTemporaryImmersiontheImportantThingwastokeeptheHeadAboveWater;Kangawasjumpingalongthebank,saying"Areyousureyou’reallright,Roodear?"towhichRoo,fromwhateverpoolhewasinatthemoment,wasanswering"Lookatmeswimming!"EeyorehadturnedroundandhunghistailoverthefirstpoolintowhichRoofell,andwithhisbacktotheaccidentwasgrumblingquietlytohimself,andsaying,"Allthiswashing;butcatchontomytail,littleRoo,andyou’llbeallright";and,ChristopherRobinandRabbitcamehurryingpastEeyore,andwerecallingouttotheothersinfrontofthem.
