           LastofallappearedMr.Sleary:astoutmanasalreadymentioned,withonefixedeye,andonelooseeye,avoice(ifitcanbecalledso)liketheeffortsofabrokenoldpairofbellows,aflabbysurface,andamuddledheadwhichwasneversoberandneverdrunk.
