           "Watchoutformyfishes!"saidEricanxiously.HewasafraidthatKarlssonwoulddrinkupsomeofthelittlefishesthatwereswimmingintheaquarium.

           "Whenyou’vegotatemperature,you’vegottokeepdrinking,"saidKarlsson."Andifafishortwoslipsdownyourthroat,it’sasmallmatter."

           "Haveyougotatemperature?"askedEric.

           "IshouldsayIhave!Youjustfeel,"saidKarlsson,puttingEric’shandtohisforehead.

           ButEricdidnotthinkthatKarlssonfeltparticularlyhot."What’syourtemperature?"heasked.

           "Somewherearoundninetyorahundredatleast,"saidKarlsson.
