SamsoonbecameawarethattheCaptainwasnotsatisfiedwithFrodo’saccountofhimselfatseveralpoints:whatparthehadtoplayintheCompanythatsetoutfromRivendell;whyhehadleftBoromir;andwherehewasnowgoing.InparticularhereturnedoftentoIsildur’sBane.PlainlyhesawthatFrodowasconcealingfromhimsomematterofgreatimportance.
