Inthevastmajorityofcasestherewasnotrial,noreportofthearrest. Peoplesimplydisappeared,alwaysduringthenight. Yournamewasremovedfromtheregisters,everyrecordofeverythingyouhadeverdonewaswipedout,yourone-timeexistencewasdeniedandthenforgotten. Youwereabolished,annihilated: vaporizedwastheusualword.
