           HarryhadoncebeforehadtheexperienceofseeingsomethingthatRoncouldnot,butthathadbeenareflectioninamirror,somethingmuchmoreinsubstantialthanahundredverysolid-lookingbeastsstrongenoughtopullafleetofcarriages.IfLunawastobebelieved,thebeastshadalwaysbeentherebutinvisible.Why,then,couldHarrysuddenlyseethem,andwhycouldRonnot?

           ’Areyoucomingorwhat?’saidRonbesidehim.

           ’Oh...yeah,’saidHarryquicklyandtheyjoinedthecrowdhurryingupthestonestepsintothecastle.

           TheEntranceHallwasablazewithtorchesandechoingwithfootstepsasthestudentscrossedtheflaggedstonefloorforthedoubledoorstotheright,leadingtotheGreatHallandthestart-of-termfeast.

           ThefourlonghousetablesintheGreatHallwerefillingupunderthestarlessblackceiling,whichwasjustliketheskytheycouldglimpsethroughthehighwindows.
