           Hebademeobserveit, andIshouldalwaysfindthatthecalamitiesoflifeweresharedamongtheupper andlowerpartofmankind,butthatthemiddlestationhadthefewestdisasters, andwasnotexposedtosomanyvicissitudesasthehigherorlowerpartofmankind;
