           "Neveryoumind,"saidBilbo."Apromiseisapromise.""Crossitis,impatient,precious,"hissedGollum."Butitmustwait,yesitmust.Wecan’tgoupthetunnelssohasty.Wemustgoandgetsomethingsfirst,yes,thingstohelpus."

           "Well,hurryup!"saidBilbo,relievedtothinkofGollumgoingaway.Hethoughthewasjustmakinganexcuseanddidnotmeantocomeback.WhatwasGollumtalkingabout?Whatusefulthingcouldhekeepoutonthedarklake?
