Atonesideofthestreetwasapaperpump,andapaperboywaspumpingpaperwaterintoapaperpail.TheYellowHenhappenedtobrushagainstthisboywithherwing,andheflewintotheairandfellintoapapertree,wherehestuckuntiltheWizardgentlypulledhimout.Atthesametime,thepailwentintotheair,spillingthepaperwater,whilethepaperpumpbentnearlydouble.
"Goodnessme!"saidtheHen."IfIshouldflopmywingsIbelieveI’dknockoverthewholevillage!"
"Thendon’tflopthem--pleasedon’t!"entreatedtheCaptain."MissCuttenclipwouldbeverymuchdistressedifhervillagewasspoiled."
