"Hekepthismoneylikethat,inanunlockeddrawer.Justfancy,"commentedtheinspector.
Thesecretaryflushedalittle.

Raymondopenedthedrawer,tookoutaroundleathercollar-boxfromthebackofit,andopeningit,drewoutathickwallet.
