Elizabeth’sspiritsweresohighonthisoccasion,thatthoughshedidnotoftenspeakunnecessarilytoMr.Collins,shecouldnothelpaskinghimwhetherheintendedtoacceptMr.Bingley’sinvitation,andifhedid,whetherhewouldthinkitpropertojoinintheevening’samusement; andshewasrathersurprisedtofindthatheentertainednoscruplewhateveronthathead,andwasveryfarfromdreadingarebukeeitherfromtheArchbishop,orLadyCatherinedeBourgh,byventuringtodance.
