Parker’sreactionwaslessimmediatebutbetterthoughtout.Ashwouldhaveappreciatedtheengineer’sreasoning.ParkerheftedoneofthecompacttrackersandsteppedbehindAsh,whosingle-mindedlycontinuedtochokeRipley.Theengineerswungthetrackerwithallhisstrength.
