Then,threeyearsago,onanightveryliketonight,thePrimeMinisterhadbeenaloneinhisofficewhentheportraithadonceagainannouncedtheimminentarrivalofFudge,whohadburstoutofthefireplace,soppingwetandinastateofconsiderablepanic.BeforethePrimeMinistercouldaskwhyhewasdrippingallovertheAxminster,FudgehadstartedrantingaboutaprisonthePrimeMinisterhadneverheardof,amannamed"Serious"Black,somethingthatsoundedlike"Hogwarts,"andaboycalledHarryPotter,noneofwhichmadetheremotestsensetothePrimeMinister.
