           Harrydidn’tknowhowtogetridofhim.Itwaslikehavinganextremelytalkativeshadow. 

           "Idon’treallyunderstandQuidditch,"saidColinbreathlessly. "Isittruetherearefourballs?Andtwoofthemflyaroundtryingtoknockpeopleofftheirbrooms?" 

           "Yes,"saidHarryheavily,resignedtoexplainingthecomplicatedrulesofQuidditch."They’recalledBludgers. TherearetwoBeatersoneachteamwhocarryclubstobeattheBludgersawayfromtheirside.FredandGeorgeWeasleyaretheGryffindorBeaters." 

           "Andwhataretheotherballsfor?"Colinasked,trippingdownacoupleofstepsbecausehewasgazingopen-mouthedatHarry. 

           "Well,theQuaffle-that’sthebiggishredone-istheonethatscoresgoals. ThreeChasersoneachteamthrowtheQuaffletoeachotherandtryandgetitthroughthegoalpostsattheendofthepitch-they’rethreelongpoleswithhoopsontheend." 

           "Andthefourthball"
